The Program Administrator 2 plays a key role in supporting the Board’s operations and leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Acting on behalf of the administrator, including responding to programmatic issues and leading/monitoring task forces.

Relieving the administrator of complex administrative duties, such as monitoring changes to the agency’s e-License system.

Monitoring e-License reports for accuracy and data extraction; reviewing e-License records to provide guidance and technical solutions to licensees and staff.

Reviewing complaints and inquiries received via e-License and the complaint phone line; determining jurisdiction and assigning appropriate responses (e.g., inspector assignment, issuing letters, closing complaints).

Serving as the agency point of contact to the statewide e-License team.

Analyzing and evaluating programs, procedures, and policies; serving as a liaison between the Executive Director, Deputy Director, and staff.

Monitoring policy and processes for biennial license renewals; analyzing, developing, implementing, and evaluating program activities.

Conducting meetings and developing strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and Board policy.

Assisting in the development of agency policy to ensure compliance with state requirements; researching, analyzing, and providing data for agency reporting.

Coordinating public relations activities; handling routine and sensitive inquiries.

Serving as HR liaison; preparing board meeting agendas, minutes, and related materials.

Managing board meeting logistics, including collecting, compiling, and preparing data/information; maintaining social media content for the agency.

Acting as liaison with community and constituency groups to further the agency mission.

Implementing the vision of the Board and Executive Director through planning and execution of internal and external initiatives.

Coordinating special projects assigned by the Director; responding to public, legislative, and stakeholder inquiries.

Representing the Executive Director and/or Deputy Director at select meetings.

Managing business functions of the administrator’s office, including developing training plans, implementing strategic initiatives, and reconciling agency fleet vehicles and payroll.

Assisting with strategic planning, ordering agency supplies, and processing purchase requests.

4 years training or 4 years experience in business administration, management science or public administration.

Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration and 2 years training or 2 years experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position.

Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file and 2 years training or 2 years experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research and/or policy or procedure development.

Or 1 year experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122.

Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
