Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within our systems and databases. This is a fully remote position, perfect for individuals who are self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update information in various databases and systems.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.
Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information securely.
Organize files and maintain logs for entered data.
Generate reports and extract data as requested.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure data consistency.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Proven data entry experience or similar administrative background.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with data entry tools, CRMs, or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.

Technical Requirements:
