Position Overview
The role of the Agent's Staff Assistant is to help in the day-to-day service and sales activities of a fast-paced insurance and financial office.
Responsibilities
Meet and Greet Customers as they enter our place of business.
Assist in day-to-day activity by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Requirements
