We’re looking for a sharp, results-oriented litigator who’s passionate about helping veterans win the benefits they’ve rightfully earned. At Lawyers for American Vets, every case is personal — and every win is a life transformed.

What You’ll Get:

$75,000–$100,000 based on experience

Quarterly bonuses: $1,500 per quarter for hitting KPIs

ICHRA reimbursement: Up to $400/month

2 weeks PTO + flexible schedule (core hours 10–4)

Remote-friendly for out-of-state hires; in-office preferred if local

What You’ll Do:

Develop legal strategies from C-files and medical records

Draft and file VA appeals, legal briefs, and motions

Represent veterans before the BVA and VA regional offices

Collaborate with case managers and paralegals

Track all deadlines and progress in Prevail

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed attorney (any U.S. jurisdiction)

Experience in VA disability law a plus — but not required

Strong legal writing, advocacy, and organizational skills

Tech-savvy, team-oriented, and client-focused

Deep respect for veterans and a commitment to meaningful work
