Job Title: Remote Case Manager
Location: Remote - Any State
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
Pay: $18 - $19/HR
About the Role:
As a Case Manager, you'll serve as a subject matter expert supporting access and affordability programs. You'll interact with customers and stakeholders to manage reimbursement and patient care challenges while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a passion for helping patients access the medications they need.
Responsibilities:
Support access and affordability programs with professionalism and expertise
Manage complex reimbursement and patient care challenges
Provide accurate, timely information to customers and stakeholders
Research, respond, and resolve inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with peers to drive program success and improve processes Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of related healthcare or case management experience
Knowledge of patient journey in healthcare
Insurance & reimbursement benefits proficiency
Familiarity with pharmacy and/or medical benefit structures
Experience using Microsoft Office
Comfortable with Mac iOS or Windows operating systems Preferred Skills:
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
