We are seeking a talented and proactive Data Platform Support Specialist to join our team onsite in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will provide critical support for Guidewire Data Hub InfoCenter as well as related data platforms, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Azure DevOps (used as the ticketing tool), Cognos, Power BI, and MongoDB. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, performance, and availability of enterprise data solutions, supporting business intelligence reporting, and ensuring efficient operation of our data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Data Hub & InfoCenter Support: Provide day to day operational support for Guidewire Data Hub and InfoCenter applications, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Database Management: Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
ETL Processes: Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot data integration workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Reporting Services: Support and enhance business reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Cognos, and Power BI.
