Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Mold Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, fabricating, and repairing molds used in plastic injection processes. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality production and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and fabricate precision molds for plastic injection processes.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create molds that meet specifications.

Perform maintenance and repairs on existing molds to ensure durability and efficiency.

Utilize various tools and machinery to shape and fine-tune mold components.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize mold designs and processes.

Conduct quality inspections of molds to ensure they meet industry standards and tolerances.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies.Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of mold making processes and plastic injection molding.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficient in using manual and CNC machining tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Technical degree or certification in Tool and Die Making or a related field is preferred.
