Worship Pastor

Emerald Coast Fellowship in Panama City, Florida is seeking a passionate, highly relational and dedicated Worship Pastor to lead and develop our Worship Ministry.

This role involves collaborating with the Senior Pastor and staff to create meaningful contemporary worship experiences that inspire people to know Jesus and grow in their faith.

Responsibilities include overseeing worship teams (adults and students), planning and leading rehearsals, mentoring team members, and developing future worship leaders from our students and young adults.

In addition, this role provides leadership for our Production and Technology teams to ensure high-quality worship services, coordination with our Communications Team to enhance online engagement, and oversees the Fine Arts Academy to train future worshippers.

The Worship Pastor will also assist with special events, seasonal services, and pastoral care as needed.
