Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our medical team. The Pediatrician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping to prevent childrens diseases and injuries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of childrens developmental stages, and the ability to build trust with both children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide routine wellness exams, including physical assessments and developmental screenings.

Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.

Administer immunizations and monitor vaccination schedules.

Counsel patients and families on nutrition, hygiene, growth, and safety.

Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers when necessary.

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Stay updated on advancements in pediatric medicine and participate in continuous professional development.

Educate families on managing and preventing medical conditions.

Work effectively with the Chief Medical Officer and other members of the provider and support staff in the provision of high quality medical care within a team environment.

Cooperate with all provider staff in the conduct of all meaningful and productive peer review processes.
