Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Parts and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Parts and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing parts and supplies efficiently. This role requires strong inventory management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a focus on maintaining accurate records. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse inventory
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts and supplies as needed
Collaborate with various departments to identify parts and supplies requirements
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of orders
Inspect parts for quality and condition upon request
Implement effective storage and labeling systems for easy retrieval of parts
Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics
Work with management to identify cost saving opportunities in parts and warehouse operations
Requirements and Skills
Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Parts and Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar inventory and management role
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and parts coordination
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in parts tracking and documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items
