Lead Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Type: Permanent (W2) or contract-to-hire

Salary: $143,000 - 200,000 + bonus + benefits

What Youll Be Doing

Serving as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012, supporting finance, accounting, and shared services teams.

Troubleshooting ERP issues while identifying and implementing system enhancements.

Managing financial reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Financial Reporter) to support business insights.

Supporting integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O (AX 2012) and external systems.

Leading testing efforts, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

Collaborating with finance, treasury, procurement, and IT teams to align ERP solutions with business needs.

Supporting the Dynamics 365 upgrade projectconfiguring the system, assisting with data migration, and training users for a seamless transition.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX 2012.

Strong functional and technical knowledge of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Procurement, Cash & Bank).

Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Financial Reporter).

Familiarity with ERP integrations, data management, and reconciliation processes.

Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
