Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports that drive business decisions. This is a work-from-home position that requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across departments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and algorithms

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report anomalies

Automate repetitive data tasks and processes where possible

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a remote or distributed team

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Understanding of data privacy and governance best practices
