ELKHART COUNTY GOVERNMENTAL POSITION VACANCY NOTICE

PART TIME FEE COLLECTOR

DEPARTMENT: Elkhart County Landfill

HIRING RANGE: $16.00-$18.00/hour based on education and position related experience

BENEFITS OFFERED: No Benefits Offered

POSITION TO BE FILLED: ASAP

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: Monday- Friday 8:00am-1:00pm or 12:00pm-5:00pm

LOCATION OF POSITION: Elkhart County Landfill

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: None

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing payment and assisting customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school graduate or equivalent with clerical experience

Excellent organizational and communications skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures/practices

Ability to make practical application of local, state, and federal regulations, Indiana statutes, and standard policies and procedures governing landfill operations as set forth by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management
