Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our remote team serving customers across the U.S. While this is a remote position, candidates must reside in the Dallas, TX area due to state-specific compliance or training requirements.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat support for customer inquiries.

Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, or technical support.

Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex situations to appropriate departments.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including call quality and resolution times.

Follow communication scripts, policies, and training guidelines.

Represent the company professionally and empathetically with every customer interaction.

Qualifications:

Must reside in Dallas, TX or surrounding areas.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.

1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask while navigating customer information and tools.

Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements:

Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date operating system.

High-speed internet (minimum requirements may be specified).
