THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: As an essential part of our Distribution Center, you will play a key role in the shipping, receiving, stocking, and fulfilling of product orders. Our facility, spanning over 300,000 square feet and handling thousands of products daily, offers a chance to enhance our top-performing location, driving up accuracy and speed for our store and E-Commerce operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately picking and packing orders following established practices.

Restocking bins with products from reserve storage.

Sorting, counting, and receiving all merchandise accurately.

Safely moving products using powered material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).

Building pallets for shipment and loading/unloading trucks.

Organizing warehouse storage space effectively.

Utilizing scanners to guide your tasks.

Performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining movement throughout your shift.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: We seek self-motivated individuals aged 18+ who are eager to learn and grow. Ideal candidates will have:

Solid math skills for accurate calculations.

A high school diploma or GED; 1+ year of related experience is preferred but not required.

Experience with RF scanners and basic computer skills are a plus.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Be prepared to work in a noisy setting with occasional high places, variable temperatures, and potential exposure to scents from cosmetic products. Flexibility to work in narrow aisles or trailers is a must.
