National Account Manager - 7-Eleven, Convenience Stores Start: immediately in Chicago/Rosemont, IL / United States Permanent position, Full-time

The National Account Manager - 7-Eleven, Convenience Storeschannel, is directly responsible for managing and growing the strategic corporate partnerships, including 7-Eleven and Speedway, between HARIBO and our convenience store channel customers along with assigned broker selling partners. This will be achieved by corporate headquarter calls and visits at national c-store chains, including 7-Eleven, as well as partnerships with assigned broker selling partners. The National Account Manager will develop accurate sales forecasts for wholesale distribution of HARIBO of America products, achieving or exceeding projected key account sales goals and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a remote, field-based position. The ideal National Account Manager - 7-Eleven, Convenience Stores channel, will have 5+ years of experience in sales experience in the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry, prior experience selling into the Convenience stores channel, the ability to travel up to 40% of the time - nation-wide, a Bachelor's Degree, experience calling on 7-Eleven headquarters, and currently live in the Dallas, Texas metro area.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies and plans to meet assigned sales and market share goals for assigned accounts, including 7-Eleven

Own, manage, and develop strong customer relationships with headquarters of assigned national convenience store chains

Lead, collaborate, and hold Broker's accountable for plans within assigned accounts

Develop and achieve accurate rolling sales forecasts to optimize production, demand, and sales planning and minimize out of stocks

Ability to own all operational responsibilities in order to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

5+ years of strategic sales experience in the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

Experience calling on corporate headquarters

Working knowledge of customer and syndicated data tools (IRI, Circana, Nielsen, etc)

This is a remote, field-based position that required the ability to travel up to 40% of the time, nation-wide, with overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience selling into the Convenience stores channel of trade

Prior experience selling into 7-Eleven with 7-Eleven headquarters calls experience is strongly preferred

Candy, confectionary, or salty snacks experience

Experience managing trade spend - both working and non-working trade

Experience in category analytics and fact-based selling

Currently reside in the greater Dallas, Texas metropolitan area due to the geographic location of 7-Eleven corporate headquarters

Compensation and Benefits

Target Hiring Pay Range: $135,000 - $155,000 annually

This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate's offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
