Job Overview

The Human Resources team at Earthley is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist to lead and manage the company’s recruiting and hiring process, as well as specific talent management projects, as assigned. This individual will oversee full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs, ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, and create curricula for employee training and professional development. The ideal candidate understands how to balance speed and quality in hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and uphold Earthley’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented collaborator with a passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunities.

Objectives of This Role

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

Maintain updated knowledge of recruiting technology and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, post, and manage job listings across multiple platforms.

Source candidates through job boards, networking, and proactive outreach.

Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.

Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview questions.

Track and manage candidate progress in the Paycom recruiting system.

Organize and participate in hiring events and career fairs to expand candidate reach.

Maintain clear communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

Support onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

Report recruiting metrics to HR leadership to track performance and identify improvement areas.

Create curricula for continued employee training and professional development.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Paycom experience a plus).

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, retail, or natural wellness industry.

Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.

Background in human resources, with knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sustain sitting and working in front of a computer for up to 8 hours per day.

Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone, for prolonged periods.
