Now Hiring: Production Support (Swing Shift) – Temp-to-Hire Dayton, NV

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

Location: Dayton, NV

Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary:

The Production Support team member assists with various production tasks to ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Essential Duties:

Fill containers (cans, totes, drums) with product to specified weights

Label and box products accurately for shipment

Complete First Piece Inspection Forms

Clean vessels and tanks using appropriate PPE

Set up and maintain workstation

Operate stretch wrappers, scales, and hand-held scanners

Lift and carry up to 100 lbs

Use and read various scales

Operate forklifts (certification required or must pass certification test)

Follow all departmental safety and operating procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform additional duties as assigned

Support company safety and quality programs

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, safety rules, and instructions

Basic computer skills (for training and procedures)

Forklift certification (or ability to pass certification test)

Must wear steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and other PPE as required

Physical ability to lift up to 100+ lbs and stand/walk on concrete for extended periods

Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance as needed

Must be dependable and able to work swing shift + occasional weekends
