Hiring Full-Time - Salesforce Administrator

At CDL Nuclear Technologies, we help our Cardiology Facility Clients by providing innovative healthcare and medical life science products and service solutions around the country. CDL Nuclear has provided advanced imaging services to more than 850 healthcare facilities since 1992.

Position: Full-Time/Salaried with Bonuses

What you will do as the Salesforce Administrator:

The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the lead owner of CDL Nuclear Technologies’ Salesforce platform, providing enterprise-wide oversight, governance, implementation, and ongoing support. This role acts as the primary point of contact with Salesforce.com and supports key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Clinical Services. The administrator will apply deep platform expertise and a strategic mindset to proactively identify and execute opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and enforce best practices. This is a senior-level, hands-on role intended for an experienced professional capable of independently managing and optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Governance & Oversight: Lead the administration, maintenance, and ongoing development of CDL’s enterprise Salesforce platform across all business units.

• Implementation & Optimization: Design, implement scalable solutions to meet the evolving needs of the Commercial, Project Management, and Service teams.

• Functional Support: Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert, promptly resolving any user or process issues. Translate new business requirements into effective configurations, workflows, and automations.

• Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with Salesforce and any third-party consultants or partners.

• Innovation & Best Practices: Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features, technologies, and third-party tools to improve user experience and business processes.

• User Training & Enablement: Provide ongoing training, documentation, and support to end users and departmental leaders.

• Data Management, Integrity, & Reporting: Expand and improve the quality of key data sets, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure data governance standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

• Three years or more of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a multi-department environment

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar platforms

• Proven track record of supporting cross-functional teams with complex workflows

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or other certifications a plus

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, flows, validation rules, and permission models

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, AppExchange products, and third-party tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with business stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or service-based industries

• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning

• Experience with enterprise reporting tools and CRM analytics
