We’re seeking a Controller to lead our accounting operations, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial insights. This key leadership role partners with executives to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient financial processes.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor the accounting team (AP, AR, payroll, GL)

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP

Manage internal controls, tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Optimize accounting systems and support ERP upgrades or implementations

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of progressive accounting experience (leadership preferred)

Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise

CPA/CMA a plus

Experience driving process improvements and leveraging ERP systems
