Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Eugene, OR! This is a 5 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Eugene, OR US 97404

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19.60 - 23.55/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily specimen collection and processing duties accurately and on time.

Collect quality blood specimens (venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric).

Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signature to confirm correct specimen labeling.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with policies.

Provide a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.

Travel and provide coverage for multiple Patient Service Centers or in-office phlebotomy sites as required.

Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and patients, maintaining a positive organizational image.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
