HALO is looking to fill a Program Account Data Specialist role which is a hybrid of both a traditional Program Account Manager and a Data Specialist, located in Columbus, OH. This position will serve as a gatekeeper for the key account team’s data and be responsible for overseeing all things related to the program side including loading Incentive programs into Reach, for this team. It is a technical role that requires skill in database management, backend systems, excel and web management. This person will work closely with the AE, client, Strategic Account Managers and internal HALO Departments – Inventory Management, Programs, Merchandising and IT to load required program specifications into the backend systems. Key is understanding the programs being managed and make recommendations for improvements based on analysis.

Responsibilities

Will develop and maintain the full lifecycle of a key account from start to finish; including execution of long-range sales, marketing and growth plans

Managing client expectations and project processes, approvals and timelines

Pull and analyze redemption reporting, 3PL Warehouse files, Drop-Ship files and more

Provide oversight to the demands of inventory and open order reports

Create and load packages into Reach based on specifications from the client and Strategic Account Manager

Confirm details specific to each package and events within Reach

Create and edit email details specific to a package within Reach

Partner with 3PLs on file transfers and inventory management

Manage updates to the client's store and notify team when complete

Analyze sales/inventory/usage reports; initiate any necessary actions based on data analysis

Support and assist the PAMS submitting Merchandising product templates

Provide support in the development and execution of program marketing initiatives Requirements:

Ability to analyze large datasets and provide feedback

Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions

Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specializing in Excel

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements

Desire to succeed in a deadline driven environment

Flexibility to work with a team, take on new responsibilities and work overtime when required

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $47,000 - 60,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
