Position: Client Service Coordinator / Office Admin Assistant (Contract Role)

TYPE: 100% ONSITE
Required Experience: 2-3 years
Hourly Pay: $25 - $27 per hour

Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual
Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
May work on special projects.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
Familiarity with MS Office required
2-3 yrs. of prior administrative experience is required.
REQUIRED Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to collaborate with teams and individuals to accomplish common goals
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Self-starter, self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without constant direct supervision
