Board Certified or Board Eligible

IMLC or Active Wisconsin License

7 on 7 off (Tuesday - Monday Rotation)

6 Hour Shifts (9a-3p)

Critical Access Hospital

Average 11 PPD

Open ICU with Rapid Response and Codes

No Procedures Required

NP Coverage Overnight, with the possibility of Pager Call
