Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: ED - Emergency DepartmentDiscipline: RNStart Date: ASAPDuration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, flexibleEmployment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Peds -Shift Schedule: 12-hour Night shift, but flexible to work other shifts, weekends and holidays, if needed.
Required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Moderate Sedation Experience: 3 plus years experience (Experience MUST include all three specialties: Emergency, Medical-Surgical/pediatrics and Intensiver critical care.Setting: Reports daily to House Supervisor for assignment to specific unit.
MUST BE FLEXIBLEOrientation: on Mondays only Other: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work.
This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc.
