Geocgi is looking for a GIS Analyst to support our work with USPS Office of Inspector General (OIG). In this vital role, you will leverage your expertise to provide actionable insights through spatial analysis and deliver robust mapping solutions. You'll be instrumental in utilizing ArcGIS tools to visualize data, derive intelligence, and support critical decision-making. This position is hybrid with a requirement to be on-site one day a week with the client in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• License ArcGIS applications and extensions, utilizing concurrent and single-use licensing methods.

• Collaborate with Esri technical support on deploying cloud-based instances of vendor software on vendor infrastructure.

• Manage ArcGIS Online organization and ArcGIS Enterprise deployments.

• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures of the environment, updating as required.

• Conduct spatial analysis using ArcGIS Pro to derive actionable insights from data.

• Develop, configure and maintain ArcGIS Experiences, Dashboards or web map applications using ArcGIS Portal authoring tools.

• Work closely with internal customers to understand requirements and effectively communicate how location intelligence and analysis can add value.

The following are requirements of the GIS Analyst:

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (may be substituted with significant relevant experience).

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online, including management of groups, users, permissions, licensing, and content.

• Demonstrated proficiency with ArcGIS Experience Builder.

• Practical experience conducting spatial analysis in ArcGIS Pro to produce actionable insights.

• Skilled in configuring ArcGIS dashboards and web applications using Portal for ArcGIS authoring tools.

• Ability to design and produce maps in support of audits, investigations, and stakeholder requirements.

• Experience developing ETL integrations and automations with Databricks or other Python notebook environments (I.E. Jupyter Notebooks, ArcGIS Notebook Server).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex geospatial concepts to diverse audiences.

The following are preferred of the GIS Analyst:

• Knowledge of Databricks.

• Experience developing custom scripts, tools, or automation in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript to streamline analysis.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position.
