Location: Austin, TX

Type: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

Reports to: Mitigation Project Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Restoration Technician to join our field team. You’ll respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies—helping restore homes and businesses back to pre-loss condition. This is a field-based role (daily travel within and around the Austin area) requiring reliability, physical endurance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work on water/fire/mold-affected properties

Operate drying and extraction equipment (e.g. air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)

Document work with notes and photos using job management software

Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as needed

Maintain clean workspaces and company vehicles

Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED

Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

IICRC WRT/ASD certifications preferred
