Temp to Hire

Second Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am

$20-24/hr Based on Experience

About the Role

The Saw Operator is responsible for cutting and processing materials using a double miter saw with precision and efficiency. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality and throughput within the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders to determine material requirements and cutting procedures.

Retrieve correct materials based on job specifications.

Set up and operate saw.

Inspect completed parts using tape measures, calipers, and protractors to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting on saw and profiling equipment.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Coordinate with other departments and team members to maintain a smooth production flow.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience operating digitally controlled saws.

Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.

Forklift certification.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
