Job Description

Research and Development Chef for FAST CASUAL restaurant group

$80-90k plus target incentive bonus is 12% of their earnings based on company and individual performance

Essential Functions:

Product Development and Culinary Innovation

Testing and Validation

Restaurant Operations Support

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in culinary arts or a related field

Five years of food service experience in menu development, recipe writing, nutrition, or quality assurance

ServSafe certificate

Excellent project management and organization skills

Flexibility to travel periodically (3-4 times per year) and occasionally work extended hours for Central Location Tests (CLTs) and other major eventsCompany Description
