Job Description LHH is seeking an experienced prucurement professional for a Procurement Coordinator contract job opening in Columbus, OH.

This role will play a key role in supporting operational and project-based purchasing needs.

This role ensures timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company standards, vendor expectations, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities: Handle purchasing for a variety of company areas & operations operations by generating purchase orders and managing vendor relationships Maintain data integrity in the procure-to-pay system and troubleshoot ticketing issues as needed Build strong partnerships across departments to support procurement activities Collect and distribute documentation for supplier bids and contract requests Respond promptly to requisitions, generate purchase orders upon budget approval, and follow company purchasing protocols Collaborate with accounts payable and fixed assets teams to resolve invoice and receiving issues Document and update procedures relevant to the role Support asset tracking and recovery efforts to reduce risk and promote cost efficiency Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or Supply Chain preferred 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, finance, or supply chain functions Familiarity with architectural plans is advantageous Experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, ServiceChannel, or Triaga is a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Zachary Sanders Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
