Documentation Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on processing economic surveys and statistical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, quality control, report production, and customer interaction. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide specialized data entry services by keypunching and scanning survey forms.

Handle a variety of surveys including annual, quarterly, and benchmark surveys.

Process documents ranging in size from one page to over 25 pages per document.

Organize and manage batches of survey forms, with batch sizes varying from 5 to 50 documents.

Utilize keypunch software to input data accurately and efficiently.

Scan documents to PDF format and assign appropriate file names for easy identification.

Collaborate with team members to validate completed batches and ensure data integrity.

Address any discrepancies or errors in data entry, rekeying batches as needed based on errors.

Basic Qualifications:

12 years of demonstrated work experience as a data analyst.

Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 2 years' experience.

Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.

Experience working with alphabetic and numeric key entries, as well as scanning documents.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information securely.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration.

Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data entry and file management.

Demonstrated ability to lead and train new operators, with experience in responding to inquiries and providing guidance.
