Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY), a tax-exempt organization affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals, is one of the largest physician groups in New York State and directly employs nearly 4,000 physicians and allied health professionals who serve seven of New York City’s public hospitals, numerous public health community-based practices, and the city’s Correctional Health Service.

Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide metric based reports
Implementation and maintenance of a data visualization program to create company data and benchmarks
Implement and develop the analytics platform to provide visual interpretations of various data sets
Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, inaccuracies, and maintain protocols for handling and cleaning data
Build dashboards using visualization tools to show a comprehensive overview of data and identify trends
Work closely with various departments to provide metrics for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare physician compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or experience
Three to five years of related experience
Experience with implementing visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) required
Healthcare experience preferred
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization
Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, both oral and written
Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
Experience with Paycom or other HRIS systems required

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 - The salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include any benefits
