Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tag & Title Clerk to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of all vehicle sales and registrations.

Responsibilities

Process new and used vehicle titles & registrations for all 50 states

Prepare trade jackets and follow up on titles in transit

Contact banks/customers for lien releases and trade titles

Support wholesale/auction document processing

Maintain tags receivable schedules under 30 days

Requirements

Minimum of 1-year experience as Tag & Title Clerk

High School Diploma or higher

Must be authorized to work in the USA

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
