Commitment: Fractional (long-term, mornings preferred)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead our product strategy and execution as we scale. You’ll shape the roadmap, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure we’re solving the right problems for our nonprofit customers, our volunteers, and the communities they serve.
This is a hands-on role: you’ll roll up your sleeves to write clear specs, define phased milestones, review design work, and align stakeholders across teams. You’ll also own long-term product vision and be a thought partner to the CEO.

Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
Translate strategy into clear, actionable requirements and phased execution plans
Lead the product development lifecycle, from scoping and design reviews to ticket prioritization and bug triage
Work closely with design, engineering, and customer success to ensure we're shipping high-quality, user-centered solutions
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions
Foster a strong product culture grounded in empathy, clarity, and iteration
Represent the voice of the user (nonprofit admins, volunteers, and partners)
Collaborate with the CEO on vision, fundraising narratives, and strategic direction
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Are a strong product thinker who can connect vision to execution
Have experience owning full product cycles at an early-stage or scaling startup
Are excellent at writing requirements, phasing work, and giving thoughtful design feedback
Are passionate about creating great user experiences, and can translate that into UX recommendations and decisions.
Have strong communication skills
Are available for U.S. morning hours (flexible timezone overlap is fine)
Want to work long-term with a mission-driven team
Are energized by POINT’s mission to make doing good easy and accessible
Bonus Points
Familiarity with admin tooling, SaaS, or marketplace products
Familiarity with practical applications of AI in B2B tools
Design or technical background
Experience working with nonprofits or civic tech
