Retail Assistant

YOUR ROLE

Aramark Food Services is currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team in Leuchars Station, Fife, Scotland This is a permanent and full-time job working 35 hours per week, including weekends so some flexibility is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and assist them with any queries

Report complaints to a manager or supervisor

Ensure the store’s stock is constantly replenished

Help other staff with deliveries

Be responsible for basic food preparation following hygiene standards

Keep up to date with the features of each product

Managing customer transactions

Cash handling

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a similar role in the retail industry

Barista experience would be an advantage

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Strong interpersonal skills and are customer focused

High personal standards and attention to detail

Customer service focus

Must be over 18 due to licensing law
