Job Description

Web Designer

Design with Purpose. Create Experiences That Matter.

Are you a creative thinker who thrives at the intersection of design, user experience, and performance? MGMA is looking for a Web Designer to craft elegant, conversion-driven digital experiences that connect our audience to the resources and insights that matter most.

This isn’t just another design job — it’s a chance to bring strategy and storytelling to life through bold visuals, seamless UX, and innovative web design. If you’re ready to own the look and feel of a brand that’s helping transform healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Design with impact: Create clean, compelling layouts, interfaces, and visuals that align with MGMA’s brand and elevate the user experience.

Bring ideas to life: Develop responsive landing pages and digital assets using modern tools and CMS platforms—both structured and visual builders.

Optimize for performance: Focus on usability, accessibility, and conversion in every design, making data-informed decisions that move the needle.

Collaborate and iterate: Partner with developers, marketers, and UX/UI pros to turn concepts into engaging, high-performing digital solutions.

Stay ahead: Keep up with evolving design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure MGMA stays digitally innovative.

What You’ll Bring:

A sharp design sensibility and a user-first mindset with a strong grasp of branding, layout, and visual storytelling.

A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with confidence.

A passion for creating meaningful, accessible, and high-impact experiences in a mission-driven environment.

An eye for typography, color, and structure that enhances both aesthetics and function.

A mindset rooted in curiosity, iteration, and continuous learning—always exploring what’s next in design and technology.

What You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, computer science, or a related field preferred.

Two (2) or more years of web design experience, with UX/UI experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a bonus).

Experience building for multiple CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Sitecore, Shopify).

Why Join MGMA?

You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a dedicated, collaborative team. Plus, you'll enjoy a culture that values curiosity, continuous learning, and career growth. We’re committed to creating an environment where you can thrive—personally and professionally. Here's what makes working with us truly rewarding:

Comprehensive Benefits: Access medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance and both short- and long-term disability plans.

Future-Focused Support: Benefit from a 401(k) plan with company match, profit-sharing opportunities, and robust professional development programs to help you grow.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a hybrid work schedule, working in our Denver Tech Center Office on Tuesday and Thursday and at home Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, generous time off (including 3 weeks of vacation, 80 hours of sick time, and 11 paid holidays), and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Well-Rounded Perks: Take advantage of tuition assistance, a flexible spending account, and our on-site fitness center. Plus, give back through volunteer opportunities that align with your values.
