What You’ll Do

This role is designed for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and flexible. You’ll help manage in-field technology, support scheduling, and assist with building and documenting processes—while staying ready to take on new responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Support – Manage and monitor in-field systems (scheduling, timekeeping, reporting). Troubleshoot issues for team members and support smooth adoption of new tools.

Scheduling Assistance – Maintain and update weekly schedules, provide forecasting support, and help keep projects on track.

Process Documentation – Assist in mapping workflows and creating procedural guides that improve clarity and consistency.

General Operations Support – Take on additional tasks across operations and administration as needed to support the business.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support

Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software platforms

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Flexible mindset and willingness to step into different tasks as needed

Clear communication skills, both verbal and written

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
