Production 6pm-6am (Swing Shift)

roduction Operator I Responsibilities: Communicate production information to Line Leader and fellow Operators Performs all duties in a safe, reliable and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials Identify and record acceptable and defective products Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery Perform continuity testing using a meter Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installation Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product quality Clean machines, tools, and equipment Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of Operator experience within Manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals and instructions Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with management and other team members Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required Must pass background check
