General Production Worker – 1st Shift Location: Dallas, TX 75236 Pay Rate: $15/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Job Description: We're currently seeking dependable and hands-on General Production Workers to join our team!

In this role, you will assist with a variety of production line tasks, including packaging, moving materials, supporting assembly operations, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic manufacturing or warehouse experience who are ready to grow with a team-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities: Feed materials into production equipment Open foam materials as part of product prep Package finished products according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas (5S standards) Support general assembly tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently (positions available for material feeding, foam opening, and packing) Basic mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on skills Strong attention to detail and awareness of workplace organization (5S) Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
