What you can look forward to as Senior Controller - Value-Added Analysis:

Delivering comprehensive value-added reporting for a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization;

Developing and enhancing reporting system to support top management with strategic insights and performance transparency;

Performing in-depth value-added analysis across key steering dimensions such as Divisions and Regions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;

Providing expert guidance and support to Divisions and Regions on interpreting and utilizing value-added data for decision-making;

Ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy by overseeing quality assurance processes, validating inputs, and monitoring project timelines;

Leading and contributing to cross-functional projects related to value-added analysis, reporting optimization, and financial transparency;

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align reporting outputs with business needs and continuously improve analytical tools and methodologies.

Your Profile as Senior Controller - Value-Added Analysis:

A successfully completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a comparable field;

Minimum of 6 years of solid experience in Controlling, with a strong focus on financial reporting and performance analysis;

Deep understanding of financial and economic principles, particularly within Controlling and/or financial reporting environments;

Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Think-Cell;

Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g., SAC, Power BI, SAP BW, BO Analysis) is a plus; a strong interest in working with IT systems and analytical tools is essential;

Business fluency in English is required, German knowledge is an advantage;

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;

A collaborative team player who embraces new challenges and works effectively across functions and hierarchies.
