As a Data Scientist, you will own the end-to-end analytics process, from extracting and transforming raw diagnostic data to building dashboards and presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to identify trends, discover patterns, and enable data-driven decision-making at scale.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
5–8 years experience in data science, business analytics, or BI roles
Expert level SQL with advanced Snowflake performance tuning expertise
Proven ability to work with massive datasets and optimize query performance
Advanced Tableau dashboard development skills
Python development experience with pandas and NumPy
Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD tools
Proven record of producing clean, maintainable, and well-documented SQL & Python code following coding best practices
Good communication skills with experience presenting to multi-functional teams and executive leadership
Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
Experience with Streamlit dashboard development
Familiarity with distributed computing tools like Apache Spark
Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
Background in hardware diagnostics, manufacturing analytics, or other large-scale technical disciplines
