IAM Project Coordinator

$40-50/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Security to support cross-functional initiatives. This role requires someone with strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills who can effectively track progress, manage data, and help ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project management activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating with multiple teams to meet deadlines.

Review, update, and manage project-related data to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Oversee role-based access management processes, ensuring proper access to reports, systems, and applications.

Generate and maintain reports in ServiceNow, ensuring visibility into project status, risks, and issues.

Utilize Excel to track metrics, analyze project data, and produce reports for leadership.

Support IAM/security initiatives by coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with access and security requirements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager, preferably in IAM/Security environments.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with role-based access control (RBAC).

Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting.

Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
