Job Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support vehicle asset management and administrative operations. In this role, you'll oversee vehicle titling, registrations, insurance documentation, and database management. You'll also play a key part in coordinating asset transfers, handling terminations, and providing reporting that supports decision-making. What You'll Do
Vehicle Titling & Registration
Prepare and manage legal documentation (Power of Attorney, Bill of Sale, etc.).
Guide teams through the titling and registration process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Coordinate license plate acquisition and renewals.
Oversee new vehicle registrations and maintain accurate records of plates, registrations, and temporary tags.
Asset Transfers & Terminations
Support the transfer of vehicles between business units or locations.
Manage the termination process for retired or decommissioned vehicles.
Ensure timely coordination of vehicle pickups and documentation.
Insurance Support
Assist with obtaining and distributing required insurance cards.
Work with insurance providers on vehicle additions and retirements.
Maintain and distribute insurance-related materials to teams.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in a corporate or customer service-focused role.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
Flexibility to adjust to peak business periods.
