As the Cost Allocation Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Managing the Cost Allocation Plan and maintaining and updating the chart of accounts and coding for the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM)
Overseeing and managing the distribution of the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s administrative costs to State and Federal programs through accounting and cost allocation methodologies
Review cost pool distributions ensuring methodologies are used and calculations are accurate
Monitoring and analyzing cost distribution data to determine cost pool funding for use in operating budget
Supervising the preparation and submission of the CMS64/21 reports for administrative claiming
Performing standard supervisory activities (establish unit goals, assign work, provide direction, monitor and evaluate performance, recommend discipline, recommend applicants to hire, approve/deny leave requests, conduct staff meetings, etc.).
