About the Role

Position: Floor Manager

Industry: Gems & Jewellery

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the jewellery sector

Location: Multiple locations across Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer service

Lead sales teams to meet individual and store-level targets

Assist in staff training, motivation, and performance evaluation

Handle customer queries, ensure satisfaction, and resolve any escalations professionally

Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and store ambience

Collaborate with Store Managers on stock management, visual merchandising, and promotions

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in a floor management role in the jewellery or luxury retail industry

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Customer-first approach with attention to detail and quality service

Proficient in handling POS and basic retail software systems

Fluency in Hindi is required; English and local language skills are a plus
