DIRECT HIRE Controller opportunity!

Seeking a strategic and experienced Controller to lead financial operations and partner with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Lead all accounting operations: AP, AR, GL and payroll

Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting

Develop budgets, forecasts and financial analyses

Manage cash flow, risk and compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related (MBA/CPA a plus)

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role

Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
