Missions

Provides administrative support to Buyers and handles administrative requests related to purchasing activities

Manages Supplier Master Data (supplier creation, supplier changes) upon request from Buyers

Manages purchase transactions in Purchasing IT systems (SAP, Ivalua) in accordance with applicable standards of OPmobility (spot orders and open orders)

Complies with the company's purchasing policies and procedures.

Activities

Supplier relationship management:

Manages supplier data base in TEMPO including creation of new suppliers and modification of existing suppliers

Collects required information from suppliers (with Buyers' support if needed)

Coordinates and manages documentation related to cooperation with suppliers

Supports Buyers in consolidation of the supplier base

Procure to Pay process:

Manages purchasing requests and their coordination in the approval workflow system (e.g. e-Genex)

Manages and creates purchase orders in SAP

Manages and ensures that suppliers receive orders on time

Keeps records of all orders and documents for all processes, including invoices (e.g. VIM system) and keeps knowledge of all open orders and their status, providing assistance to Buyers and internal stakeholders;

Other:

Providing SAP user support and trainings

Supervision and control over the proper use of SAP within the scope of their competence and promotion of best practices

Introducing improvements / suggestions within the scope of their competences

Qualification & Competences requirements

Graduated high school

2 years of experience in a similar position

Good knowledge of SAP MM

Good knowledge of internet usage

Knowledge MS Office

Beneficial : Knowledge of Ivalua purchasing platform or similar system

Attention to details and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, expected for communication within the organization

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitasking

Team collaboration

Fluent in French

English language skills are an advantage
