As IT Project Manager, you'll lead an agile team focused on operations and maintenance for a large scale IT project. The IT Project Manager will organize and support the agile team and assist with project documentation and artifacts.

What you'll do:

The ITPM will make sure the O&M agile team operates smoothly, tickets are resolved, and documentation is up to date. What you'll need to succeed:

Minimum 7 years experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph Clearance

Hands on experience leading and coordinating agile teams in Kanban, Scrum, or other agile methodologies

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data projects

Experience with IT ticketing systems and routing tickets for resolution

Ability to track and manage an agile team's work and remove blockers

Proficiency with Agile project management in GitLab

Support team in developing documentation, project artifacts SALARY RANGE: $128,000 - $196,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience

The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs

Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation

This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:

Performance-based bonuses

Company-paid training and/or certifications
