Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An engaging opportunity is available for a skilled professional to support students in a K-12 school setting through the provision of speech therapy during the extended school year. This contract position is located in Wasco, CA, and is designed for individuals ready to make a positive impact on student communication needs from June 9 to July 3.

Qualifications:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on school settings.

Experienced in providing services to K-12 students.

Proficient in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educational staff and families.

Ability to document progress and outcomes in compliance with school policies.

Location:

Wasco, CA

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs.

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students requirements.

Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development.

Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
