Overview

LSAC's mission is to advance law and justice by promoting access, equity, and fairness in law school admission and supporting the learning journey from prelaw through practice.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting LSAC's mission, values, and growth by participating in the strategic direction of LSAC's digital marketing efforts for paid and organic media, and subsequently enabling, placing, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on the tactical executions in support of the strategy. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and with media and creative agencies to execute all facets of paid and organic media plans, including the facilitation of creative assets and copy, ad tagging and tracking, and analysis and reporting. This person is an integral member of the LSAT test administration team, providing social media updates and audience insights during test administration, and acts as a backup to others in the LSAC digital team as necessary.

Salary range: $116,000 - $120,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

Manage paid media campaign development and strategy, based on past campaign performance and developments in the digital space.

Leads day-to-day interactions with media agencies and creative teams.

Analyzes and proactively shares insights into advertising campaign data, and results; proactively identifies optimization opportunities.

Continuously evaluates LSAC's overall digital efforts and offers recommendations for improved processes and executions.

Manage campaign tactics and flow, ensuring that targeted audiences are properly and effectively guided to decision points.

Creates and delivers quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for paid advertising and organic social media performance.

Works with digital media buyers, and media and creative agency account teams to execute and optimize digital paid and organic media campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.

Contributes to the development of digital marketing content and related calendars and works with others to ensure an integrated approach to communications.

Assists with other projects as needed, such as substitute email marketing management and LSAT administration social media reporting and issue resolution in coordination with Client Services. LSAT administrations require occasional scheduled weekend coverage. Competencies

Education and Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably managing paid and organic media campaigns for awareness, sales, and customer satisfaction/engagement efforts.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or commensurate experience.

Knowledge and experience with paid digital advertising tactics such as programmatic display, social media, native advertising, SEM, CTV, programmatic video and content marketing.

Experience with organic digital marketing tactics, such as social media, SEO, and email.

Strong analytical skills, with reporting experience; experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio strongly preferred

Comfortable working with various ad tech and client software

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Additional Information

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have internal people management responsibilities but does manage campaign executions with media vendors.

Position Type

The LSAC standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. ET. While these are the standard office hours for LSAC, as an exempt employee, the employee will be expected to work the hours necessary to satisfactorily complete their assignments in a responsible and professional manner.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote and professional office environment. Whether remote or in-office, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Travel Requirements

Up to 5% of travel may be required for this position.
